CALGARY, Alta. – At the fourth iteration of the Cody Snyder Charity Bullbustin’ Friday night in Calgary, Alberta, Australian sensation Callum Miller (Warwick, Queensland, Australia) rode in dominant form, winning the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Canada Touring Pro Division event courtesy of a monstrous 90-point ride.
Miller, who rides for the Texas Rattlers in the separate PBR Teams league, paired with YOLO (Outlaw Buckers Rodeo Corp.). Nodding with confidence, Miller remained in perfect time with the bovine athlete, reaching the requisite 8 with ease.
Marked a mammoth 90 points, the ride not only clinched Miller the event win, but also earned him 39 national points. He rose from No. 29 to No. 25 in the Canadian standings.
Atop the race for the 2025 PBR Canada Championship and accompanying $100,000 bonus, No. 1 Dakota Buttar (Eatonia, Saskatchewan) tied for third to further his grasp on the top rank in the nation.
Two-time PBR Canada Champion Buttar rode Jokers Grin (X6 Ranch Bucking Cattle) for 84.5 points. Collecting 16.5 national points, Buttar grew his lead to 156 points over No. 2 Jake Gardner (Fort St. John, British Columbia).
Gardner delivered a fifth-place finish of his own Friday evening, netting 13 national points. At Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, Gardner outlasted Jail Break (X6 Ranch Bucking Cattle/Legend Rodeo Stock) for 84 points.
Returning to the top of the event leaderboard, Texas Rattler Brady Fielder (Clermont, Queensland, Australia) was second, earning 28 national points.
The reserved Australian conquered Carved In Stone (Vold Rodeo/Sure Fire Bucking Bulls) for 86 points.
On the hunt for his first qualification to the PBR Canada National Finals this November, Fielder surged from No. 24 to No. 16 in the Canadian standings.
Rounding out the Top 5 and tying for third alongside Buttar was veteran contender Jordan Hansen (Amisk, Alberta).
Hansen’s 84.5-point effort atop Busta Rhymes (X6 Ranch Bucking Cattle/Legend Rodeo Stock) netted him 16.5 national points. Overtaking the No. 5 rank in Canada, Hansen now trails, No. 1 Buttar by 422 points.
In the bull pen, YOLO bucked supreme, crowned the Bull of the Event. The powerful animal athlete was scored an unrivaled 44 points during his event-winning out with Miller.
